15 Minute Guided Meditation

Joy is a state of mind and a state of being.  We have an innate capacity for joy, but it can also be cultivated.  Sometimes, due to busy life, we get cut off from the experience of joy.  It’s important to remind ourselves that joy is available to us.  It’s equally important that we allow ourselves to feel it.  This practice does both.
