Hi!  I am Jutta.   I am currently based in the North West of England.  I am an Individual and Couples Psychotherapist, and the Three Pillars model has been a transformative addition to my usual practice.

In addition to my more recent focused work on attachment repair, I am also a registered Gestalt Psychotherapist (UKCP United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a Level 2 trained PACT couples therapist (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy). My clinical work with individuals and couples has spanned over more than 15 years.

Since I can remember I’ve had a keen interest in attachment theory and the interface between our early relational experiences and the way we engage with the world later in our adult life.  After completing my own journey with Three Pillars therapy and Ideal Parent Figure (IPF) imagery, it became clear to me that I had to offer it to my clients, too.  Please don’t hesitate to write me a note if you have a question or would like to talk about beginning to work together.

Want to schedule something with Jutta?  Fill out the form below and she will get right back to you!

In the meantime, here’s some more about Jutta…

PACT couples therapy

Jutta really enjoys working with couples. PACT is an eclectic approach.  Theoretically, it is firmly based in attachment theory alongside developmental neuroscience, arousal regulation theory, systemic thinking, and social justice theory. PACT has a lot of experiential elements and is quite hands on which makes it unique amongst the different couples therapy approaches.

Three Pillars Model/Ideal Parent Figure (IPF) imagery

Jutta is a Three Pillar Model/IPF coach in ongoing training and supervision withm Dr. Zack Bein. Jutta thinks it is important for a clinician practicing this modality to have had a personal experience of the process. Having found her personal journey with it transformational she started to offer this work to other peeps that struggle in their relationships/life due to early developmental trauma and insecure attachment styles.

Psychoanalytic child observation

Jutta gained a postgraduate certificate in psychoanalytic child observation with the Tavistock Clinic in England. During her studies she had the privilege to see “attachment in its making” by weekly observations and analysis of an infant in its family environment (from age 0-2 years).

Zen meditation

Jutta has been practicing in the Zen Buddhist tradition with the White Plum Sangha for the last 25 year. Her experience of meditation practice is that it is beneficial but lacks a relational element. She is curious about finding ways to successfully team meditation with psychotherapeutic practices.

Jutta’s fees:

$150 for a 50-minute session (Three Pillars Model; Ideal Parent Figure (IPF) Imagery)

$180 for a 60-minute PACT couples session (most couples benefit from a 90-minute session every other week)

*Jutta can work in English and German.
