“Attachment therapy is hard work; but it’s the most valuable thing I’ve done in my life.” – Recent Client
The Adult Attachment Program
Psychologist/Founder
Dr. Zack Bein is a psychologist, a teacher, a certified meditation instructor, group facilitator, a coach, and the Founder of the Adult Attachment Program. He was trained by Dr Dan Brown and currently works closely with Dr David Elliott. He relies heavily on Brown & Elliot’s “Three Pillar” model of repairing attachment difficulties, which includes the Ideal Parent Figure method. He also has particular expertise in the clinical application of the Adult Attachment Interview (AAI).
Therapist
My name is Jutta and I am an Attachment Therapist. In addition to my more recent focused work on attachment repair, I am also a registered Gestalt Psychotherapist (UKCP United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a Level 2 trained PACT couples therapist (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy). My clinical work with individuals and couples has spanned over more than 15 years.
Since I can remember I’ve had a keen interest in attachment theory and the interface between our early relational experiences and the way we engage with the world later in our adult life. After completing my own journey with Three Pillars therapy and Ideal Parent Figure (IPF) imagery, it became clear to me that I had to offer it to my clients, too. Please don’t hesitate to write me a note if you have a question or would like to talk about beginning to work together.
